Does the price change once you’re on-site?

No. The written estimate is the price. If a technician opens something up and finds an unexpected complication – a second damaged component, a harder fix than the door suggested from the outside – we stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised written price before doing anything further. You decide whether to proceed at the new number. The original estimate never quietly expands on its own.
